The first is to install the Novation USB Audio and Midi drivers with Windows 10 Driver signing disabled. There are two possibilities (sorry I tried two fixes together and I cant be sure which worked.) Windows 10 seems to keep displaying error messages saying that the device is not compatible and then cuts the power/connection to the controller I have the very same problem with my Novation Impulse 61.
